Payment is due at time of service. I accept Venmo or Cash ONLY. Card fees are robbing the small businesses.

I do accept sliding scale at 15%-50% Please feel free to mention to me at the beginning of the service that you would like to use this.

Tips are not included in the price of service. They are very much appreciated but not expected.

In your initial confirmation email you will find a link where you can reschedule or cancel your appointment on your own up to 4 hours til your scheduled appointment. Anytime past 4 hours you must call or text the shop 406-493-1543

Please be mindful of the fact that this is an appointment only studio so when you block out an appointment & no show I am not able to fill that spot, meaning you are stealing from a small business. So the next appointment you will be charged double for the previous no show appointment.

I understand that life happens & as many established clients know I am always willing to accommodate last minute but please know I most likely will not be able to get you rescheduled the same week & sometimes even the following week as I work with so many folks & get booked out quickly.

If you are a client who frequently reschedules & expects a week of appointment, please know I take note of this & will ask for it to stop or for you to go elsewhere.

Dogs are very welcome in the studio & in the building. Please know that because of this you will meet other dogs so I ask that your pup is friendly towards other animals/people & on a leash til they are in the studio. This is your service so you can have friends & family for your appointment.

I am currently not taking new clients. I will start taking on referral ONLY new clients in the fall. You must receive a link to book. Please do not expect a week of appointment. I do not help with your booking if you can not find a spot as a new client. No call no shows as a new client will immediately be banned from booking further appointments.
